Ltd., Alevate Living. Alevate Living is a brand of Aptelier International Pte. Ltd. and both of these names can and will be used interchangeably in this Privacy Policy.

We collect the information you provide to us. It can come in including but not limited to- subscribing to our newsletter, contacting our pharmacists, signing up for an account and chatting with us. Such information may include your full name, phone number, email address, home address, your date of birth and social media information. We refer to this information as “Personal Information”.
When you place your order, you provide certain payment information. Such information may include a debit card number, credit card number, or similar information in order to complete your transaction. We refer to this information as “Billing Information.” Billing Information is collected and processed through Stripe, who is compliant to their privacy policy and terms and conditions. Your Personal and Billing information is referred to as “Order Information”. We primarily use the Order Information we collect to fulfill any orders placed through the Site. In addition, we may use the order information to:

- Manage your subscription
- Inform you of related discounts and promotions
When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.
Information that we collect during your communication with our staff members and/or with our licensed pharmacists about your health, medical conditions, preferences, lifestyle constitute as “Medical Information”. This information will be kept confidential at our best ability and will not be used by Alevate Living’s marketing or data mining purposes or knowingly sold to any third-parties.

Ltd., Alevate Living is free to use the content of any communications submitted by you via the Services on our site and any platforms, including any ideas, inventions, concepts, techniques, or know-how disclosed therein, for any purpose including developing, manufacturing, and/or marketing goods or Services.
